For persuading B.Tech at COER Roorkee, Candidate need to appear JEE MAINS exam and get at least 50 percentile in that as the closing rank is near about 5,00,000. Thus for 50 percentile, they need 31-40 marks out of 300. However, for Computer Science they need 70 percentile, i.e 41-50 marks out of 300. Additionally, candidates must have at least 45% in 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology.

Candidates must clear the JEE Main entrance exam with a valid score equivalent to the cutoff eligibility framed by COER. The closing rank for the JEE Main exam is approximately INR 5,00,000, and candidates need to obtain at least 50 percentile to be eligible for admission to Bachelor of Technology at COER University, Roorkee.
