Placements: I am currently pursuing B.Tech CSE from Roorkee Institute of Technology, RIT, in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. The highest package offered is 56 LPA through off-campus, and the average package is 6-8 LPA. Most of the top companies visit here, but they don't offer as much as we expect. Internships are provided by our college on a regular basis. But in the present scenario of the pandemic, we are not getting many opportunities.

However, it's surprising that on the record book and on different websites, it is maintained that the highest salary package offered to a student was 56 LPA. Placements: The college provides good placements in good companies. The most important part of this branch is that it provides you the freedom to get a job in both the software and hardware fields. It is always better to do it from best, whether government. Or private. Co - incidentally, most of top agriculture are government ( refer ICAR agri college ranking). What salary package will I get after pursuing B.Tech CSE from Roorkee Institute of Technology?
According to last year, this college doesn’t have good placement record. Last year’s package was around 1.75 lacs only.
Yes, definitely why not you can grab 1 crore of packages while studying at Roorkee. The only thing is that as you said you only need to do hard work in your domain and you can grab package of your choice. All the best.
