HI I have done my MBA in human resource management from quantum university Although the pandemic made my final year different to what was expected. The staff were very supportive and always were there to offer help and advice when needed. They also understood and took our personal life and wellbeing into consideration and were very understanding. Overall, my experience at this university has been pretty good. so according to my knowledge There are many sectors in which HR graduates can get highly paid jobs.

They may work for government sectors, private companies, banking sectors, educational institutes, multinational companies, research, consultancies, and many more. Human resources managers undertake the management of a company's recruitment process. They also maintain department records, review performances and wages and ensure workplace health and safety compliance. HR managers act as mediators between executives and employees, take disciplinary actions and resolve disputes. The skill set of the current job role includes Customer Service, Performance Management, HRIS, On boarding, Employee Relations, is a very crucial department in any company.

While the B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) programme at IIT Roorkee is highly reputed for its academic rigor, the placement scenario shows certain limitations compared to Lovely Professional University (LPU). While IIT Roorkee provides a strong academic foundation, LPU stands out for its higher placement rate, diverse recruiter participation, and practical skill-building opportunities. For students prioritizing industry exposure and consistent, well-paying placements in ECE, LPU presents a highly promising and strategically advantageous choice.

For students belonging to the General AI quota, most of the BTech branches remained open till the last round for admission at IIT Roorkee. The cutoffs of different branches vary across rounds and categories. Some of the BTech branches, such as CSE, ECE, Civil, and Mechanical, etc., reflected a rise in the last round, closing ranks as compared to initial rounds, indicating IIT Roorkee seats remained vacant till the last round for BTech admission. Whether the branch will remain open till the last round or not depends on the availability of seats allocated for each category.
