There are several colleges but NUS Business School, National University of Singapore is the best. Also, check out Nanyang Polytechnic or management development institute of Singapore (MDIS).

Hi,
Yes, you can apply. Can't say if you will be accepted since it is up to the college but your profile seems competitive enough. See their admission portal and follow the procedures and deadlines.

Hi Sreeraj,
Yes GMAT is required and a very good one is preferred. They are among the most competitive. Academically too, you must be sound. You will also require around 2 years work experience to be able to apply to their MBA programme.

There is no eligibility requirement for IELTS. It is just a language test that provides a score on the basis of your English speaking and understanding capabilities. This score is used by the universities abroad to determine your eligibility for their courses.

anvita rastogiStudent: statistics at st. Xavier's College Mumbai

BMM/BMS fall under the category of self-financed courses (comparatively expensive)
This is because these are professional courses provide technical knowledge. They are not just graduation degrees, but will land you in to a technical world. Even after being a government funded college, Xavier's College charge a higher fees for BMM and BMS, as the study kit involved in it charges more than for nominal courses.
