Yes but students are mandated to have finished secondary education or have completed an equivalent program such as the General Certificate of Education Ordinary Levels, Integrated Programme, Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia, or Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia. Also students need to submit englih proficiency proof and may need to take an entrance exam.
