You will need to get in touch with the college for detailed information. I think they should offer admission to private students too provided it is government recognized.

The procedure is same for each student, but if you have done polytechnic, you will get lateral entry in 2nd year. Otherwise, you will be starting from 1st year.

Hello Ketan, Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology is one of the most sought after colleges for students across India. As a result of this the minimum marks required to get into this institute of pretty high. I think you are from the state of Gujarat and for you it will be further higher since many students will prefer to take admission in this college in Surat.
