No, even if such course is offered it would be invalid and distance learning MBA doesn't have AICTE approval. As per UGC guideline a PG degree has to be of 2 years duration.

It has a very good student life due to advantage of location (Bangalore). The same also allows for a lot of exposure to the IT sector. It has good quality faculty and infrastructure along with prime location in he center of the city. It is a good place for networking as well, which would be a great help in professional life, about RV college and for PESIT College. Yes, you can pursue two different programmes from two different universities in distance mode as per the UGC guidelines.
But you need to manage the time table for both the courses.
