Admission to the B.Tech programme offered by BVRITH is done on the basis of rank in the State level common entrance test TS EAMCET (Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test) conducted by the State Government of Telangana. The qualified candidates of JEE Main exam are also eligible for admission to B.Tech. course.

According to the latest placement statistics 2023, the the highest package and the lowest package offered were INR 54.75 LPA and INR 2.12 LPA during BVRIT placements 2023, respectively. The highest package and the lowest package were offered by Palo Alto and Movate - CSS Corp (CTAS) company, respectively. Further, a total of 660 offers were made and 349 students were placed during placements 2023. More than 70 companies participated during placements 2023 including Amazon SDE, Adobe, Urban Company, DE Shaw, DarwinBox, etc
