and for IIT, you need to give JEE Advanced exam for which you are not eligible.

Yes, you should qualify JEE, after that you will get IIT. Either you have to look for some best university like BITS, CU MOHALI.

Candidates from the Science Stream with Physics, Chemistry and Maths as subjects are eligible to apply to all the four institutes. Candidates from any other stream (Science without Maths or Physics or Chemistry, Commerce, and Arts & Humanities) are eligible to apply to IIT Bombay, IIT Hyderabad and IIITDM Jabalpur. So from above Candidates of 12th with Commerce stream are eligible for IIT-B, IIT-H and IIITDM Jabalpur only.
