Only Indian citizens are eligible to take admission in UG courses offered at IIST. Candidates meet IIST admission eligibility criteria, if they have secured minimum 75% aggregate marks in their Class 12th Board exams or equivalent examination. Age Limit: General and OBC category candidates who are born on or after October 1, 1992 are eligible for admission whereas SC/ST/PwD category candidates meet IIST eligibility criteria if they are born on or after October 1, 1987. Candidates are offered admission in B.Tech programmes offered at IIST on the basis of their performance in JEE Main and JEE A

You are saying that you have got admission for a B.Tech course, but unfortunately you could not complete this course for some reason. And now, you want to complete this course via correspondence or distance education means. I am afraid what you are seeking is not available. If you had taken admission for a normal course then you have to complete it using the same means, you cannot switch over from normal course to correspondence course. However, what I suggest is that if you are really interested in engineering and for some reason are not able to attend college then abandon this course and start afresh with distance edu

Government Law College Thiruvananthapuram offers an undergraduate five-year integrated LLB program which, upon completion, qualifies the student to sit for the bar to practice law in India.
This course is a double degree Integrated course comprising B.A (English Literature) and LLB degrees. The bachelor's degree in BA and Law shall consist of regular course of study for a minimum period of 10 Semesters in Five Years and shall consist of 14 papers in BA and 31 papers in Law.

Yes, you need to pay Rs. 48,400 per semester, this includes tuition fee, exam fee, hostel charges etc. But, if you are achieving CGPA of 7.5 and above, this fee is refundable in full of amount. Further, CGPA below 6.5 and up to 5.5 are also eligible for refund of Rs. 20,000.

For pursuing Ph.D, you must have completed Master's degree in Sociology.
You will also have to qualify the UGC ENT Exam to become a research or to pursue Ph.D.
So, if you are not UGC NET qualified candidate, then fill up the UGC NET Application form and start preparing for it.
The UGC NET (University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test) is conducted twice a year by NTA (National Testing Agency).
