Sri Venkateswara University offers a regular Master of Technology (MTech) course in a full-time mode. The duration of SV University MTech is two years consisting of four semesters. Admission to this course is entrance exam-based i.e., GATE/ SV University CET/ Andhra Pradesh PGECET. Candidates who have BE/BTech with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognised university are eligible for the course.

Apart from this, every year 70% to 80% of students of SV University Tirupati are selected through campus placements. Yes, BTech is offered at SV University Tirupati. The four-year course is divided into eight semesters. It is offered in seven specialisations in regular mode. A lateral entry programme is also available at SV University for BTech students. In addition, meritorious students get the option to choose BTech (Hons) or BTech (major-minor), both with extra courses and credits, in addition to those prescribed for BTech (regular).
