As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, Sri Venkateshwara University college of engineering (SVUCE) does offer an M.Tech programme in instrumentation and control. However, it's important to note that programme offerings can change over time, and it's always best to verify the information from the official sources.

Congratulations on your EAPCET rank of 2436 for the year 2023! It's a remarkable achievement, and I understand your excitement about pursuing BVSc at SVVU.

Based on your rank and category, you have a good chance of getting admission to BVSc at Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University (SVVU). However, admission cutoffs can vary each year depending on the number of applicants and their performance in the entrance exam. So, while you have a favorable rank, it's essential to keep an eye on the official website of SVVU or contact their admission department for the most up-to-date information on cutoffs and the application process.

The precise criteria for admission to the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) programme at Sri Venkateswara University; Cutoff scores and other admission standards are flexible and subject to change from year to year.

I found from a source that the recent cutoff rank for CSE at Sri Venkateswara University was 97,392.

You'll have a change of getting an admission there and I strongly suggest you to get in touch with Sri Venkateswara University directly to find out if you qualify for admission to the CSE programme with your AP EAPCET result of 41,553.

Now as per query you have a pretty decent chance on getting into veterinary. But make sure you have back up plan. Keeping a backup plan will help you in long run.
