All government colleges gave reservations based on the policies of the state government. But, Oxford College of Engineering is in Bangalore. It will not accept KEAM ranking. I am attaching a link for the College. Is there one more college in Kerala? Can you rephrase your question and ask again? https://www.shiksha.com/college/the-oxford-college-of-engineering-hour-road-Bangalore-449

As you have already done graduation in sports nutrition and physiotherapy, so you are eligible to take admission in PGD in hospital and health care management from this college. You should apply for the same. You just need to pass in all the subjects of your graduation.
Best of luck.
