You have to meet the credit points which are different for different departments. Please check with your university and also contact MIT admission office directly. To pursue UG courses you must take the SAT and SAT subject tests or the ACT. Also, you must take the TOEFL.

First, there is no shortcut here. Application process is time consuming and takes a year almost. Take the SAT or ACT and also the TOEFL to start applying to Bachelor's degree courses. To apply for MS programs you must complete your Bachelor's degree and take the GRE. You must probably apply for another student permit since it will expire couple of months after your Bachelor's degree course is over. So its better you apply during the final year and also check with the visa consulate there. Harvard is amongst the world's top-most and hence very tough to get into. Unless, you have something very unique apart from the information you provided, it will be difficult to get into. Find your uniqueness, ask yourself why Harvard should choose you over other high profile applicants? It is not impossible, but not too easy either. Check Harvard's website and go to the MBA class profile. Prepare accordingly. Focus on your academics. Your numbers will be the first thing to get noticed. Get yourself involved in high-end project works, publications and your internship must be a very good one. As for the exams, you have to prepare hard for the GRE and the TOEFL. Scholarships are awarded by the universities on a merit basis, so if you have a very strong academic record, extremely good projects, LORs, SOP, high GRE scores, etc., your chances of admission and scholarship will be high automatically. Requirements include excellent academic grades, extracurricular activities, significant work experience with demonstration of leadership skills, managerial skills, a very high GMAT score and so on. On the whole, these B-Schools will prefer an all-rounder. For more details, you should be checking their websites. Check the class profiles and build your profile accordingly.
