Hi Abhishek, that's a very poor GMAT score. Anything below 600 is not even accepted by recognized universities. You have to check the requirements carefully. See here if you can find any suitable option, there could be universities or programs not requiring the GMAT such as PG Diploma in Canada.

You have to justify and show the interviewers . Only when you convert, you need your certificates. So if the backlog clears by then, its well and good.
