Navrachana University offers Merit Scholarships to UG students based on their Class 12 merit. The scholarships are offered in the form of tuition fee waivers on a first-come, first-served basis. The percentage of tuition fee waiver provided to UG students based on their Class 12 is as follows:
- 90% and above in Class 12: 100% Scholarship
- 85% and above in Class 12: 50% Scholarship
- 80% and above in Class 12: 25% Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to one student per UG programme (in each of the three categories).

Candidates willing to avail of the Merit-cum-Need Scholarships at Navrachana University must visit the university's Administration section with documents specified by the university. Navrachana University provides Merit-cum-Need Scholarships to BSc students who have scored a minimum of 70% in Class 12. Further, their family's combined income should not exceed INR 8 LPA. The amount of scholarship offered against various income slabs are presented in the table below:

As per the Gandhi Institute of Hotel Management, the eligibility criteria for taking admission into the BHM course is that the students must have completed their class 12 exams successfully.
