Hi Vishakha,
Rhere may be many differences but a major one is the method of teaching. In India, it's more of theory always. However, abroad you are exposed to more case studies, real life work experience, practical work, etc. Better infrastructure and better research work abroad. IIT, VIT, BIT, etc. are however well known globally.

We get to intern at various reputed institutions in the research field. We have formed a student body of chemical engineering students by named Chesa. In that, we get to know about industry scenario, we get to interact with the professionals. Placements are average, not so good and not so bad.

However, you need to clear an entrance exam for getting admission into undergraduate or post graduate programs.

VIT-Vellore does not offer lateral entry admissions. You need to take VITEEE which is the entrance exam for admission into undergraduate programs in VIT-Vellore.

Sort out the colleges like VIT, Galgotias and SRM based on the placement they provide every year. Search for the same and take a decision, but eventually getting a job in a company depends on your skills.
