It purely depends upon your interest. Generally, BITS ranks higher than VIT.

VIT University, Vellore campus is really better than Chennai campus. The hostels are good and the food also, as they are very essential. It offers better education and placements with high salary packages.

VIT Vellore campus is only better for computer science and engineering and also for all other courses than VIT Chennai.
So, if you don't get the Vellore Campus, then prefer the Chennai campus of VIT university.

Speaking on the occasion of declaration of results, G Viswanathan, Chancellor, said that this is the fourth consecutive year when VIT shared the number one 1 position on job offers by the IT services companies. For the first time, VIT shared the slot 1 with five companies Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS

Hi,
You need to score at least above 300 in BITSAT to get a seat in any of the three campuses of BITS namely Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad.
In VITEEE, your ranks should be at least below 5000 or 10000 to get a seat.

Hi,
There is no particular cut off rank. Your rank should be at least below 5000 to get mechanical engineering seat at Vellore campus.
For Chennai and other campuses it is enough if your rank is below 15000.

The conduct certificate will be usually given by the school from where you get graduated. They will be issuing once you pass the 12th board exams.

Hi,
To get electronics and communication engineering at VIT, Vellore your rank should be at least 5000 or below to get a normal fee structure.
For the other campuses your rank should be 10000 or below 20000.

Hi,
It is not easy to get computer science and engineering course in both SRM University and VIT University with these ranks.
In VIT it is even difficult to get a course with a normal fee. You need to pay more.
In SRM you cannot get the main campus but you can get the other campuses and the Amaravathi campus.
