Jadavpur University doesn't consider JEE Mains rank. To get into JU you need to appear in WBJEE.

There is no entrance exam to get admission for BA (Hons.) in English. The eligibility is class 12th pass with minimum 60% marks. The candidate must have English at 10+2 level with 60% marks for General (54% marks for OBC category) to get admission in the course.

Yes, but last year it was JoSAA which was completed first. After that WBJEE counselling occurred by which one can take admission into JU. JU is a very good university. Placement is also very good. But not like IIT. But one preference in JU is that it takes much less money from you than any IIT.

Yes, but they've to appear in West Bengal joint entrance examination. After result you've to appear in counselling methode. If you have good rank you get chance.
