Hello Jit,
You have to appear in exam then after results you have to fell the counselling form with its fees your specified branch then you appear for counselling and see your allotted seat according to the dates of first counselling, if you are satisfied with the seat allotted then lock it and if not then appear in second round of counselling.

Well, the rank predictor solely depends on the previous year marks vs rank trend. So, I am not telling that they are 100% accurate because every year, no of candidates are increasing, these are basically made to give you the glimpse of the rank, so that you can predict your expected colleges.

Difference between the first and second round or counselling is only of seats. The cut-offs are lowered in the second round.
Yes, you can participate in the first round of counselling to be a part in second round of counselling.

As per your predicted score, you will get all the top colleges of Bangalore, but the best is to go with RVCE. However, based on your marks in COMEDK, you will not get any scholarship.

COMEDK UGET 2017 will be conducted online on May 14, 2017. The application form of COMEDK UGET 2017 was now available in online mode. The COMEDK UGET admit card 2017 is available from May 5.
