Hi, It will depend on the preference of other candidates, but with this rank, you can get CS in other good colleges and you can go for the Information Science branch also its not very much different from Computer Science.

Hi, it is difficult to get CSE in the top 3 colleges with two thousand ranks but if you want to get into only these colleges you can try for other branches, else you can approach another college too.

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges (COMEDK) is a common entrance test held at the national level for admission to colleges in Karnataka. The test is computer-based and is open to all eligible students in the country.
Referring to your query, there is a home state quota in COMEDK and around 20% of the seats are reserved under the Hyderabad-Karnataka region (HKR) quota. Therefore, if anyone has a domicile in Karnataka, then he or she is eligible for the home state quota at the time of counseling.
