Yes, a foreign student can certainly take admission in Sanjivani Arts, Commerce and Scinece College. However, the student will have to contact the International Student Centre at the University of Pune for obtaining the Letter of Admission. Admission to foreign students will be granted only after obtaining the Letter of Admission.
