Yes, commerce students can pursue BCA even after being from non-mathematical background. Many universities provide admission to such students/candidates. Just look for that university and college, as you've already studied computer Science in your +2, BCA will be relatively easy for you. The eligibility is you should have passed the three years Bachelors Degree from any UGC recognised University with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate for general category and 45% marks for SC/ST category. You should have passed AICTE recognised Bachelor of Computer Science degree from any University or Institute along with a minimum of 60% marks for general category and 45% marks for SC/ST category, in Mathematics. You should have studied Mathematics in Class 12.

No, it is not mandatory to have commerce stream to apply for this course. This course is more like B.Com, but it does not contain the subjects in the depth and it is more related to management.
