The admission process begins in the month of February every year for all UG and PG programmes. Admission to BCom is based on merit. For Bba programme, the aspirant needs to appear for SMAT followed by GD and Interview .Candidates interested in MCom are required to appear for SPGAT exam followed by an interviewPGDM admissions are merit-based .The admissions are also granted under Sports Quota to the candidates with an extraordinary performance in sport. the competition is very high in order to get admission in any course

The placements for the BBA in Entrepreneurship program at St. Joseph's College of Commerce in Bangalore are generally good. Around 80% of students from the college are placed after graduation. i)Scholarships for the Economically Backward;
B.Com/BBA/M.Com students who are economically weak, especially from the rural areas is eligible to apply provided he/she furnishes enough evidence for his/her eligibility, enclosing a community/income certificate.
ii)MHRD Scholarship / Central Sector Scholarship:
1st year Students who have secured more than 80% in Class XII /12 th /PUC Boards are eligible to apply for the same.
ii) SC/ST scholarship:
SC/ST Students can apply with a valid certificate.

B.Com. in Analytics at SJCC is a 3 years course at the UG level. The total tuition fee for SJCC B.Com. in Analytics is INR 4.37 Lakh. To get admitted to SJCC B.Com. in Analytics course, applicants must meet the entry requirements - 70% in 12t
The Programme is accredited by the Institute of Analytics, UK. (IOA). Upon completion of all IoA integrated B.Com papers, students will get Graduate Membership from IoA.

Pursuing B.Com at St. Joseph's College of Commerce can be quite challenging as the competition between students is high. To be eligible for the course, the candidate must have passed the +2 level (ISC/CBSE/ other state boards/International Board and Karnataka PU Board) in any stream of Commerce or Science from any recognized boards from India or abroad.

The latest cutoff information for B.Sc in Economics at SJCC is:
The minimum aggregate marks required for admission to the B.Sc. (Economics & Data Analytics) program is 70% at the 10+2 level.
For foreign nationals and NRI students, the cutoff is higher at 80% in the qualifying examination.
