After BCA., which is an Undergraduate course, graduates may take up Government jobs that require a Graduation Degree (for example- Armed Forces, Nationalized Banks, PSUs etc).

BE in CSE is much better than B.Sc in terms of placements, course coverage and popularity. BE in CSE is a clear choice.

You have an option of doing BCA MCA to be a software engineer / developer provided you had Maths at +2 stage. If you did not have Maths at 12th you can join IGNOU for BCA and do make up Maths course as part of BCA syllabus.
