There are 4 ways to get admission in Techno Main Salt Lake College:

1. WBJEE
2. JEE Mains
3. Direct Admission
4. Management Quota
For WBJEE and JEE Mains the eligibility criteria is based on the rank in the exam. The cutoff generally goes to rank 9000-10000 for CSE branch.
They also accept direct admission on merit base on 12th boards exam. The eligibility criteria is the student must have 65% or above in their 12th board examination.

The Indian Institute of Information Technology Guwahati (IIIT Guwahati) offerd two years M.Tech programme under multiple sprcialisations, including Computer Science & Engineering. The BTech CSE eligibility criteria is as follows:

  • Candidates with BE/BTech degree in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Technology / equivalent programme.
  • Candidates with MSc (Computer Science/Information Technology) 
  • Graduates (AMIETE) from the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) in Computer Science and Engineering

To get admission to the B.Tech in CSE engineering you must have at least 45 % marks in 12 grade you must have appeared for JEE MAIN, CEE AMPI, or CEE AMPI the age of the B.Tech programme is min17 to 23. You must also be at least 17-23 years .you have at least 30% marks in English and my suggestion you take the admission in NIT.
