Have you tried parul university Gujarat? It is one of few colleges which is taking into account the new education policy which allows student from any background to do B.Tech. If you decide on anything please let me know because I am also thinking of something similar
I am also a pcb student.

B.Sc. Course eligibility is to have at least 50% in Class XII from any recognised board. Some premier colleges ask for 60% marks. Thank You!

Dear Rishikesh, Being alumni of LPU, I would be sharing the details of eligibility for the B.Tech in CSE programme at LPU. You should have a minimum of 60% marks in the 12th class with mandatory subjects English Maths and Physics. Moreover, you have to qualify for the either LPU NEST exam or should have a minimum of 85 percentile in the JEE Mains exam. I did MBA from LPU and one of my friend's younger brothers is also studying over there in B.Tech CSE. There are a few parameters I would like to share with you why CSE is good at LPU. You just need to register for the course and give your LPU NEST Entrance Exam as it is mandate to qualify LPU NEST in order to pursue any course of B.Tech from LPU.
