You can pursue any stream of your interest. A graduation degree is better, because in many of the jobs especially government one, a graduation degree is required. Whereas if you are more interested in chemical and want a career ahead in it then you should pursue it with no doubt.

Go for EEE i.e. Electrical and Electronics Engineering, as it has high scope, and it will give you what you want. But do it in good colleges, like in NIT or IIIT or IIT.

Some steps I can think of:
Write down what companies you want to work in future. Clearly write WHY. Research about each of these companies by going to their website, LinkedIn, QUORA and other social networks. Look up in career websites likeIndeed. Com, Monster Jobs - Job Search, Career Advice & Hiring Resources, CareerBuilderand others Indian Job sites. Search for past or present interns from LinkedIn and connect with them. Follow them and get some the latest guidance. Two things, one the answer by Partha - tough to shift from commerce to Science. So, probably an MBA or an MS in Finance are options, but not MS in the Science stream. Second, US typically requires a 4 year UG education. B.Com is only for three years, and so 1 year M.Com may be needed.

You should really learn MATLAB, if you want to do aerospace.
Ada and FORTRAN are popular with aerospace.
Between C+ and Java, you are probably better off with C+ .
C would be even better.
MATLAB is definitely the best though.
