Integrated BCA+MCA course is more beneficial, as it will save 1 precious year and also the fee for the entire course will be less.

I would say that a typical software architect career looks like this:
Start to learn programming by your self (6 to 24 month)
choose a language you want to learn first (e.g. Java, Javascript, Python, etc.).
write a small application, e.g. a web application in Javascript with node.js

Yes, it is possible.
With a BCA degree, you can pursue an MS abroad in various streams of Computer Science, be it IT or PG diploma in CA. You should always check with the university regarding the eligibility criteria in various streams they have on offer.

I would recommend you to opt for short term technical DBA courses along with BCA only as then you need not to waste time after BCA to gain technical knowledge. Opt for good institutes and to know the exact scenario for faculty, etc. in such institutes get in touch with the current students through social media or in person

With PCB, you can't opt for B.Tech/BE computer science as for B.Tech you need to have PCM as mandatory subjects but you can surely become a programmer by opting for courses like BCA, B.Sc IT, etc. Degree along with sound technical skills will help you in achieving your goal.
