The admission is based on your board exam marks alone. There are no other entrance exams or admission procedures other than this.
You need to enroll for single window counseling by Anna University called TNEA through which you will be allotted colleges.
Fee structure:
The fee structure for Anna University and its campuses will be around 10,000-20,000/- (tuition fees) only per annum.

But you need submit your CAT or MAT score card along with your 10+2+3 mark sheets and work experience details.You also need to take GAT (Globsyn Aptitude Test) clearing which you are eligible for admission in Globsyn Business School. Through NIOS you can take class 10th exam, that will be the beginning. The last date is near, fill the form on their official website.

Depends on what you want. If you do not have an IT background, there's no point in doing MBA in IT and if you have a background in IT and want to remain in the technical field, there is no point in doing MBA in IT. In that case, you should rather prefer M.Sc or MCA.
