M.Sc will be better for you. It will not only save your year but also equip you for lectureship jobs in any colleges. Completing Masters early means 1 more year to try for government jobs as per age bar and you can complete your MCA if you want to do so even after M.Sc, through distance learning directly in 3rd year. So you will have 2 Masters instead of 1, if you do M.Sc first.

Hi Aditya,
It's difficult to say now, merit lists are not announced and if you are talking about DU then cut-offs are as high as 90% and above.

Since you hold MCA that is master degree applying for another master degree in Canada will be very difficult. What you should study among M.Tech and MS is something you have to decide now. Ask yourself, why do you want to pursue M.Tech or MS? Are you even eligible for M.Tech? No, you are not. It's an engineering degree so you cannot apply for an engineering course. All three fields are good. But if you go for BCA, it will pay you more after completing Masters and there are lots of companies recruiting people from MCA. You can make your own start up.
