Hi,
You can go for MCA from IGNOU as it has wide spread regional centers throughout India as well as many study centers. IGNOU is a central university recognized by UGC. The cost of study at IGNOU is also affordable. Hence, I would suggest to choose IGNOU to pursue MCA.

You can go to some reputed computer training institutes like NIIT, etc. You can go for Java courses followed by networking courses and CCNA/ CCNB (CISCO) courses. After this, you can also opt for CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification cours

Among these three options testing is best career option provided you do automation testing course. There is a general shortage of testers who are specialized in automation testing.
