Both the courses are similar with minor differences in electives. You are advised to choose between them based on the reputation of institute where you get admission. Nowadays, it is difficult to find jobs directly if not placed during campus placement. Therefore, quality of institute is more important than nomenclature of degree.

Hello Virendra,
With the BPO label, it's tough to switch to IT sector. Even if you get a chance, you have to start as a fresher. Your BPO experience won't be considered. You can opt for MCA and after completing the degree, you can apply in IT sector. Alternatively, you can try applying in startup companies.
I hope it helps.

Hello Aswath,
I would recommend you to go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data. You can go to some reputed computer training institutes like NIIT, etc.
You can go for Java courses followed by networking courses and CCNA/ CCNB (CISCO) courses. After this, you can also opt for CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification courses.
I hope it helps.
