The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) in SAS Nagar, Mohali, Punjab has many good features, including a great infrastructure, internationally recognised faculty, and good placements. However, some say there is room for improvement in placements. As per the students review the hostel food is also boring.

NIPER SAS Nagar is in Mohali, Punjab, not Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The institute is a known name for pharmaceutical studies and research. Studying the particular institutes in that area is better if you want to enroll in pharmaceutical courses in Chennai.
