If you wish to remain completely in the technical line, you should go for MCA. An MCA graduate is considered equivalent to a B.Tech graduate in terms of knowledge provided in the syllabus.
On the other hand, MBA provides you the knowledge to manage a business and its administration. It comes out quite useful, if you are planning to start your own business later on.

First of all you should know what you are approaching, embedded systems is loads of programming, where 128 mb is still lots of RAM in that universe of embedded programming. So if you are Interested in loads of coding where you want your software to affect your physical things and whats happening at the bottom of the architecture then you are at the right place, so get prepared.
