After MCA you can get job as an Application Developer or Tester or Apps support staff or IT Infrastructure management staff etc in any IT company or IT department of an enterprise. You are also eligible for all Government, PSU, Public Sector bank, Defence, Paramilitary etc. jobs where eligibility criteria is graduation degree. You are also eligible for MTech after MCA.

If you meet the admission requirements, you can apply. You are eligible percentage wise, rest depends on your SOP, LOR and gap period. If you were working, you need not to worry. Every university's selection criteria are different, I will advice you to email the universities before you apply. They have dedicate admission advisors to help the applicants.

Hello Durgesh,
You have completed BCA, so there is no need to clear CCC exam for government job. For government job, if you have computer as elective subject in SSC or HSC, then you don't need to clear CCC exam.

Both the courses are best. If you are creative, then you can go for web designing. But, considering current trend, I would suggest you cloud computing.

Yes, you can do that, but you must have some basic knowledge of computer fundamentals and detail knowledge about networking. So, if you want to be an ethical hacker, then I would suggest you to complete your graduation.

Both the courses are well accepted by the industry. If you are interested in IT like server-client, DB, networking, etc., then you can go for PGDIT. Otherwise, PGDCA because it's more of application, programming, etc.
