Firstly, you should be clear with your motive for LLM. If it is for a corporate job, gaining knowledge, or an academic career. LLM business law specializations would be more focused on the study of that law which deal with day to day business activities like specific trade law and business law. Whereas corporate law is more about company law, financial I. e law dealing with corporates like merger and acquisition. Corporate law is more lucrative and demanding. I will suggest you do LL. Corporate Law is quite different from the Company Secretary but can always bring in value to ones profile. Both the fields offers bright career opportunities but requires a lot of dedication and Hard work, so if you plan to pursue the two courses then this would require perfection in managing the two courses simultaneously. You can do LL. M. 1 year programme which useful in research institutes, thinktanks and NGOs working on policy issues as well. If You are looking for 5 year integrated law course, it id done after 12th with combination of BA/B.Com/BBA. After completion of these course, you proceed with LL.B. On the other hand, if you go for LL.B. After graduation, it is 3 year programme. Syllabus for Law programme remains the same. Law programs are only done after graduation. Content remains the same.
