Dear reader,

You have a good chance of getting into reputable schools like Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) or HNBGU, where past cutoffs have coincided with this range, if your score is 494/1250. These universities provide respectable faculty for agricultural studies along with a strong academic background.

Although these are excellent choices, Lovely Professional University (LPU) is also a solid choice. I went through the same confusion when I was preparing for CUET.

From my experience, CUET previous year question paper and mock tests both played different roles, and neither alone was enough.

What PYQs actually helped me with

So PYQs helped me build foundation understanding, not speed.

What changed when I started mock tests

When I shifted to mock tests (platforms like CUET MOCK), I noticed

Being a member of the ST (Scheduled Tribe) category scoring 63.6% marks in Class 12, you have a reasonable shot at Cotton University, although your admission will solely depend on the dynamic criteria laid down by the Government of Assam through its SAMARTH Admission Portal.
Seats for the FYUGP courses in Cotton University are generally filled based on CUET score. As per the DHE Assam guidelines, the non-filled seats in the CUET counseling rounds become available to those in the Non-CUET category according to Class 12 merit marks alone. A safe target score for getting into Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University (DSMNRU), Lucknow as a General Candidate varies from 450 to 550 marks on an 800 scale for popular streams while scoring more than 350+ should suffice for non-popular streams in DSMNRU. Due to its nature as a state-level university that deals with the unique function of education in rehabilitation, its cut-off trends are unlike other central universities such as DU.
