Hi Abhishek, M.Sc. Cyber Security is a 2-year full-time postgraduate programme in the study of Cyber laws and information security. The eligibility criteria for the programme is qualifying B.Sc. Or B.E degree in Cyber Security or equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks and above from a recognised university. So Yes, after BCA you can go for M.Sc. Cyber Security.

Hi Paresh, Just doing B.Com not enough. (Computer Science would have been better)
So You must do some courses in Ethical Hacking or cyber Security to fetch a job in this area. These days its in big demand - Job prospects are good.

First of all, it's not easy to become an IAS officer. You need to crack UPSC which is very hard. Secondly, cyber security is not so easy. So, I would advice you to choose any one as your future. Now, IAS officer can't do other jobs while working as an IAS officer. Cyber security is a big concern nowadays and country like should focus on it. You have a good future in cyberspace but better to choose one option and focus on it.
