There are so many institutes in India like Udemy, Koenig Solutions, Global Knowledge. From my point of view, Koenig Solutions is one of the best authorised institutes in all over India Appin Technology lab RIMT university Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth are other options.

Please refer to the link provided below for a detailed list of colleges which offer a course in M.Sc. Cyber Security. You should be able to navigate to a college of your choice using the filters on the web page. Additionally, you can also download the college brochure which contains necessary information regarding placements and placement records of the institute over the past few years, and important fee structures for the institute.

State departments responsible for IT SEC and Cyber Security on national level (such as Indian CSIRT under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology).
People responsible for IT SEC in all state departments, overview of them can be seen at Government of India's Web Directory.

It's a regular course and even if some of the institutes are offering it through distance, it will be always be beneficial to go with the regular course
