Yes, it is possible to study in the UK with backlogs. Many universities in UK offer admission to students who have backlogs. While applying for any course in UK, you might think about your backlogs, and how the backlogs will affect the admission chances in UK universities.

If you are talking about MIT ADTU, the highest Package in engineering was 28 LPA and average is 5 LPA. Companies like Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, Barclays and Adobe etc. visit the campus for placements.

So Yes, after your 12th commerce, you can go for BCA. Eligibility for BCA in most of the top universities is pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (it may vary if on university)
