Generally, PGDM is better than D.El.Ed for commerce students. PGDM deals with advanced business management studies and focuses on professional specializations in the realms of finance, marketing, and operations. In the corporate world, one can get good career opportunities and often rises to managerial positions that carry higher salary possibilities.
While, on the other hand, D.El.Ed deals with the preparation of a person for teaching in elementary education. If he or she has interest in a career concerning teaching, then D.El.Ed will be the suitable one; but PGDM mostly offers a broader and often more lucrative career path in business
