1) Both provide Education in Elementary teaching, but the main difference is one course is for a Diploma level and the second course is for a degree level.
2) Students who want to study DELED and BELED must complete class 12th from a recognized board.
3) The average course fees of DELED range between 35,000 to 90,000, and for B.ED between INR 2,05,000 to INR 2,00,000

Yes, you can apply for the TET exam while appearing in the 2nd year D.El.ED.
The eligibility criteria for CTET states that one can apply if he/she is appearing for the final year exam. Since, D.El.ED is two year course and you are appearing for the exams you can apply for CTET.

No, candidates with a D.El.Ed degree are not eligible for the UP PGT main exam. The eligibility criteria for UP PGT positions typically require a Master’s degree in a relevant subject, teaching experience, and a teaching license, which a D.El.Ed degree does not fulfill.
