The application process of Himalayan University DPharm admission is conducted online on the university's official website. The step-wise process is listed below:

Step 1: Visit the Himalayan Universitys official website.

Step 2: Click on the 'Admission' tab displayed on the homepage.

Step 3: Click on 'Apply Now'.

Step 4: Fill out the registration form on the redirected page. Select 'Faculty of Pharmacy' and 'DPharma' from the 'Department' and 'Course' drop-down menus respectively.

Step 5: After submitting the registration form, the registered users will receive their login credentials via e-mail. Log in using the credentials and fill out the online application form.

Step 6: Send an e-mail to the specified e-mail address and attach the necessary documents including mark sheets, past academic records, birth proof, and residence proof.

Step 7: Submit the form along with 5 passport-size photographs and a demand draft for the first instalment of the Himalayan University DPharm fees.

In order to secure admission to the DPharma course of Himalayan University, aspirants must complete a simple admission process. It starts with online application. Before applying, aspirants must ensure that they fulfil the course-specific eligibility criteria. To apply, aspirants must visit the university's official website. New users are required to register and generate the log in credentials before filling out the application form. These credentials are sent via e-mail to the registered users. Candidates can then log in using these credentials and fill out the application form. The form must be submitted along with the required documents and the first instalment of the DPharm fee at Himalayan University.

The similarities between the BPharm and DPharm courses at Sanskriti University are, that both of the programmes are offered at the undergraduate level. The major difference between both courses lies in the course name itself.  BPharm is a Bachelor in Pharmacy course that is an undergraduate degree programme. DPharm is a Diploma in pharmacy programme that is an undergraduate Diploma course. In addition, the BPharm course is offered for four years, and the DPharm is offered for two years. 

Academic Difference: The academic difference between BPharm and DPharm courses is that BPharm covers the pharmacy subjects deeper, which gives the students a more comprehensive view of the curriculum. On the other hand, the DPharma course at Sanskriti University primarily focuses on practical training and pharmacy practice and gives a restricted understanding of subjects related to pharmacy. 

Career Opportunities: The BPharm course offers a broad range of career opportunities in various sectors (especially related to pharmacy). However, the DPharma course is more inclined towards immediate entry into the workforce as a pharmacy assistant.

The eligibility criteria for applying for DPharm scholarships at Sanskriti University vary according to the type of scholarship the student is applying for. Additionally, the eligibility criteria for getting the scholarship benefit in the subsequent year of the DPharm course are mentioned below: 

• Candidate should have passed in all the subjects without any carryover.
• A minimum of 85% attendance is required for the subsequent year's scholarship.
• The student should not be involved in any indiscipline activity.
• The student will have to maintain a minimum performance as prescribed by the university every year, without any back papers to avail of the continuation of the scholarship and its percentage.
• Scholarships will be awarded on tuition fees only (Foreign tour charges shall not be included in the scholarship).
