As per official sources, the fees to pursue DPharma at Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology and Gurugram Global College of Pharmacy is INR 1.2 Lacs and INR 1.60 lakh, respectively. PIET DPharma admissions are offered based on students merit in the qualifying examination. The allocation of seats is done via the HSTES counselling process. As per the latest cutoff information available, the HSTES last round closing rank for the General All India category in 2022 stood at 1340.

Students aspiring to enroll into the PIET DPharma programme must fulfill the course-specific eligibility requirements. As per the official website, students who have passed the Class 12 examination (science academic stream) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics are eligible to apply for the DPharma programme. However, students must note that merely fulfilling the eligibility criteria does not guarantee admission.

Admission to DPharma courses is subject to rules of reservation. As per the PIET DPharma reservation policy, 85% of seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the home state (Haryana). The rest of the 25% of the seats are reserved for other students. Moreover, the 85% seats are subject to further category-based bifurcation. Tabulated below is the category-wise percentage of reservations:

At IIMT University, the total fee for a two-year DPharm is INR 1.6 lakh. On the other hand, Mangalayatan University DPharm fee is INR 1.9 Lacs for two years. Comparing the two, IIMT University is more affordable option for pursuing DPharm. Before taking any decision, candidates must also compare the universities based on other important parameters, such as salary package, recognition, ranking, etc.
