Yes, if it is recognised by UGC or AICTE, then you can apply for any government job that suits you.

This is the only private and self-financed University in Rajasthan which is also approved by the UGC u/s 12B of the UGC Act vide their letter No. F.

Yes, you can migrate from NCWEB to Regular in your Second year . Procedure :-  Every College always come with merit list of their college with courses  if you are eligible according to merit list means marks in your 1st year so you have to fill the form of college with NOC from NCWEB,  Marksheet and character certificate etc.

Yes, DSEU has good colleges and it has some campuses in Delhi DSEU is new in Education Sector which is fully supported by Delhi Government. So you should go bachelor's in DSEU it will be a better Descision.
