Yes u can pursue MS in CS from McGill University after your BCA of three years if u have minimum 3.2 GPA out of 4 in your Bachelor's degree and having good rank and cutoff score in GRE for it. So, give your best :). .

However, discontinued education does not mean that you cannot pursue your education any further. You can always go for graduation in one year or also known as distance graduation.
You just have to meet with your district officer and tell him why you discontinued your graduation in past time and want to continue your graduation and make a gap year proof. You have mentioned, in which time you have left your graduation on the application. Still, you can continue your graduation.

You will need a B.Sc. Degree in laboratory techniques or a Diploma to establish a pathology. Due to the few amendments, MBBS holders can also open a pathology. M.Sc. In pathology can also help in opening a pathology. Pathology labs require a license to run the lab commissioned by the Medical Council of India [MCI].

If you want a government sector jobs, then both are fine if you want private sector jobs then BBA is much better. In case of finance sector jobs B.Com has scope but not much as compare to M.Com. If you have interest in commerce and banking sector, then you should opt for Bachelor of Commerce degree and further you can pursue Master of Commerce. So, accordingly, you can select the respective field on the basis of your area of interest and search for the best institutes and universities offering these courses with good practical and industrial exposure and good placements like Lovely Professional University, Christ University, Symbiosis
