No, a 3-year BSc Computer Science degree from IDOL Mumbai University's distance education programme is not eligible for GATE CS Exam. You won't be eligible for GATE CS Exam with just a BSc degree. Only final year or passed out students of BTech, BE, M.Sc and MCA are eligible to apply.
However, you can prepare and get MSc CA or MCA from a good college/university now. After that, you will be eligible to apply for GATE CS.

To get admission in AVM Degree College Agra for BCA, you can visit their website and fill out the application form online.
The minimum eligibility criteria to register for BCA admission 2023 is to secure 50% marks in total in the 10+2 exam1.
