There is no restriction being posed by RBI for Distance or Open Learning students, that they cannot apply. Any citizen of India who aspires to apply for RBI Grade B can do so after fulfilling the minimum eligibility requirements for the desired post. IGNOU graduate can crack any exam including IAS and RBI Grade B if he is intelligent. Coming to hard fact, IGNOU and Open Universities are too liberal and follow the policy of ALL PASS. Obviously the level of knowledge is low, he /she has to do more hard work.

Yes, you can take admission in D. Pharmacy after B.A. But only if you have passed Physics Chemistry Biology or Maths subjects in your Senior Secondary Examination. D. Pharmacy is a Two year Diploma course.

You have to fill an application form which can be obtained from the college office by paying Rs. 200, it can be downloaded through college website.

No, you are not eligible for M.Sc. in neuropsychology after B.Sc in Zoology. A person should have a graduation degree in psychology or equivalent.

To get your original degree Certificate from IGNOU you have to register for its convocation. The steps are as follows:
1. Complete your assignment, project, and exams to be eligible for a degree Certificate.
2. Fill out your convocation registration form as soon as the dates are announced, which are monthly in February and August.
3. Once you have filled out the convocation registration form, you will be invited to participate in convocation at the IGNOU main campus to receive your degree.
4. You will receive your degree Certificate by post in case you miss the convocation.
