Yes it's good but it will better to do the full graduation course as this course has high opportunities in future with good salary package.

I can say computer engineering is getting more value, but if you want to pursue a management course go with BBA and then MBA which will lead you to be a good earner.

The cutoffs for B.Com varies every year. I don't know about other universities of India but I can tell you about Delhi University since I'm a part of it. For current year, the pattern has been changed and there will be a common University entrance test(CUET). The last year's cutoff for high grade colleges got closed at 97.25.
