Yes , a UG degree is compulsory to pursue B.Ed commerce . You must have a UG degree in Commerce (B.Com, BBA, or any degree with quality relivence) from a recognized university by UGC. It is also necessary to have a minimum of 45-60% marks in your UG degree as most institutes impose this criteria .

No, completing your master degree from a college affiliated with Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) and your bachelor's degree from a college affiliated with Punjab University (PU) won't cause any significant problems. For getting admission to Petroleum Engg. courses, you should begin by checking the eligibility criteria for the course at your desired colleges. The basic eligibility for UG courses is usually to have at least 50 to 60% marks in the PCM subjects.
